Piedmont milk is curdled using artichoke thistle, enriched with a strip of exquisite black summer truffle. After maturing for sixty days, Tartufo unveils its delightful and seductive woodland heart. Made without artichoke rennet, this cheese is lactose-free and suitable for vegetarians.
