Terms & Conditions

  • All memberships are valid for 12 months starting from the date of registry.
  • Members MUST be 18 years old or older.
  • Members must register a correct and valid WhatsApp mobile number to receive the latest news and valid membership.
  • All membership discounts are not applicable with fresh truffles, discounted and limited-edition products.
  • Membership offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
  • Membership expiry date will be indicated on the membership card
  • Membership card MUST be presented at the checkout register before proceeding with payment at our shop locations
  • Membership is non-transferrable. Members should report to Mercato Gourmet on any damage or loss of membership cards. A new card will be re-issued for their future use. A re-issued fee of HK$50 will be applied.
  • Mercato Gourmet is not liable for any card loss or damage and the loss of bonus point or other losses incurred
  • Mercato Gourmet reserves the right to change the terms & conditions without any prior notices and reserves the right of final decision for any disputes.
  • If there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
