Minimum Order Value and Delivery Fees
We accept orders of HK$300 or above
If you would like to get free delivery, the minimum spending below will apply:
Hong Kong Island
HK$800 minimum spending. Otherwise, a delivery fee of HK$80 applies.
HK$1,200 minimum spending. Otherwise, a delivery fee of HK$100 applies.
New Territories, Tung Chung Town Center, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan
HK$1,500 minimum spending. Otherwise, a delivery fee of HK$200 applies.
What if you are not at home to receive your order?
We understand that there may be times when you are unable to be at home to accept your delivery. Please monitor your mobile phone as our team may try to reach you by phone call or WhatsApp. Under these circumstances, we may leave your order at your doorstep or with you building concierge, if available.
In case we are refused entry by the building management or are unable to enter your building, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will do our best to reattempt re-delivery, though additional delivery fees may apply.
*Orders with chilled and frozen items will be packed with insulation bags and ice packs to ensure freshness
Please note that we will not be able to facilitate partial handover of items. Perishables such as meats and frozen foods are non-refundable. This is because we are required by law to dispose of all items that are perishable to maintain food safety, in accordance with Hong Kong's Food Safety Standards.
Special Weather Arrangements
Delivery will be temporarily suspended under “Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above” or when the “Black Rainstorm Warning” is hoisted.
