Black Truffle Sauce with Mixed Mushroom - San Pietro a Pettine
This product comes from an old Umbrian recipe. Three types of mushrooms are cut in big pieces, together with crushed pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil and aromatic black summer truffle in slices. It works well as a traditional seasoning for pasta and also on bruschettas or as stuffing for focaccias and torte al testo.
Pleurotus Mushrooms (Pleuritus Ostreatus) 45.5%: Cultivated Field Mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus) 20.5%, Truffle Juice (Water, Black Summer Truffle - Tuber Aestivum Vitt), Black Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestuvium Vitt.) 10%, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Pine Nuts, Garlic, Anchovies, Black Pepper, Flavourings.
