Occelli al Barolo is made from cow's and sheep's milk, it is aged for a several months on wooden boards in Valcasotto and is aged in wine marcs enriched with Barolo Docg wine. It is a great cheese for tasting and meditation. Its taste of sure personality goes well with great vintage red wines.
