VINIFICATION:
Whole grape pressing, 50% crushing, and use of free-run must only. Natural decantation and low-temperature alcoholic fermentation preserve the floral aromas and extract more fruity notes.

MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION:
Not carried out.

REFINEMENT:
In steel tanks for 4-5 months

CHARACTERISTICS:
It has a pale pink color. The nose expresses dominant citrus notes and floral notes. On the palate, it is rich and vibrant; pleasantly fresh and with an excellent clean finish. The finish is spicy and citrusy with notes of pink grapefruit and a light tannin. Fragrant and refined, it ensures a very pleasant and light drink without being predictable.
