Description

Perricone has always been cultivated in western Sicily. At the beginning of the 20th century, it was one of the most widespread varieties in the Palermo and Trapani area. With Fiordispina, we have made a wonderful discovery: a rosé wine made from the local Perricone grape.

Description:
In the glass, a light pink color with intense notes of fresh fruit, cherry, and floral notes with subtle hints of oriental spices. On the nose, cherry and wild strawberry stand out, accompanied by a citrus note.

Serving suggestion:
Excellent as an aperitif, ideal with light fish dishes, fish carpaccio.
