Description
Cheese made with 100% buffalo milk according to the tradition of short-aged cheeses of Lombardy. The ivory colour characterises the rind, which is thin and grooved, as well as the paste, which is crumbly and granular, at times powdery and without any holes. It has an evident smell of fresh milk, whereas the taste brings out more developed flavours due to the fattiness of the paste.
