We oversee the whole supply chain, guaranteeing 100% sustainable practices. Arborio rice by Riso Gallo is an exceptional quality rice with large, full-bodied grains that encompasses six generations of a passion and culture for rice.

All our rice is cultivated exclusively in 14 selected farms in and around Arborio, the town in northern Italy which gave its name to the rice variety.
