Scuppoz – Family run distillery based in Abruzzo, founded in 1982, following the traditional way of producing Digestives and Liquors.
It is a herbal liquor that comes from the mountain tradition of Valle Castellana and prepared with local herbs and gentian roots.
Like all Scuppoz products, this Amaro is handcrafted without the addition of dyes or preservatives and it follows the ancient tradition in the process.
It has a strong personality with a unique bitter taste. Can be served neat or chill, with lemon peel as garnish.
The peculiarity of this liquor is the label drawn by hand which represents the Laga Mountains and the shepherd who leaves for the transhumance.
