The product
721 is a Vermouth with a unique personality, characterized by a rich and multifaceted aromatic structure. The palate is distinguished by intense notes of ripe red fruit, with a symphony of wild black cherry, raspberry, blackberry and red grape, revealing a hint of myrtle on the finish. Its aromatic richness is further developed in a bouquet of refined botanicals, concluding with a dry, dry note that enhances its structure.

Tasting tips
It can be served cold, neat or blended: to create a classic Americano we recommend pairing 721 Vermouth Rosso with Un Bitter and plenty of ice, to allow DIBALDO Spirits to freely express their rich flavor profile. Thanks to its concentration, only 4.5 cl of a Bitter is needed to obtain a perfectly balanced and harmonious Americano.
