721 is the Perfumer’s vermouth; on the palate it manifest itself as a “Vermouth off the rails”, completely original in its aromatic structure. Rich in ripe red fuits pulp with evidence of wild black cherry, raspberry, blackberry, red grape and final notes of myrtle. Extremely rich in aroma, it continues by sharpening into a bouquet of fine botanicals, ending in a dry finish that gives life to a magnetic Essenza, capable of living both in purity and mixed.
