This is the version of the Traditional Tiri Panettone designed also for those with lactose intolerance.
We have dedicated years of research and development to this product because we did not want to compromise on flavor or softness compared to the classic version.
Our lactose-free Panettone is made with the same three-stage kneading method and 72 hours of artisanal processing that made our leavened creations famous, and with the same careful selection of ingredients that has distinguished us for almost seventy years.

Ingredients: wheat flour, delactosed butter, raisins (20%), sugar, fresh category A egg yolks from free-range hens, candied orange peel (15%) (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar), natural sourdough (wheat), orange paste, honey, malt, salt, natural Madagascar vanilla beans.

May contain traces of tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios), sesame.
