The BRANKO winery is completing its work of many years aimed at enhancing the single variety wines with a new project that is receiving strong support. BRANKO aims to restore the dignity of some of the historical white varieties of the territory with a blend embellished with the organoleptic harmonies of french grape varieties that have been perfectly acclimatized for centuries in the hills of Cormons. The percentage and typology of these varieties on the final blend is not “locked” in a fixed formula, but is recalibrated each year based on agricultural and climate variations and specific winemaking decisions.
