The prized gentian roots are infused in white wine. This 100% artisanal process, after months of infusion , extracts the semi-finished product. It is then quadruple filtered to ensure the utmost purity of the bitterness without losing the precious properties of the roots.

DiWine is perfect after a meal and as an evening drink, enjoyed neat or in a cocktail.
