Scuppoz – Family run distillery based in Abruzzo, founded in 1982, following the traditional way of producing Digestives and Liquors.

Star anise distillate made with raw materials that enhance the bouquet and taste.

Compared to the classic Sambuca, this product is more round and velvety at the palate and perfect to enjoy neat or with ice.

Only water, alcohol, sugar and star anise are used for the preparation and the product is ready after a process of filtration. Hand picked process.

Liquorice root, allspice and fennel. Herbal.

Palate: A complex, bittersweet palate with huge notes of liquorice, aniseed and pepper. Finish: Peppery, spicy finish.
