Umbrian Pearl Barley 500g - Bartolini

This cereal, known to man since ancient times, is grown in Umbria exploiting its characteristics that allow, even in marginal areas with unfavorable conditions, to achieve results where other crops fail. Our barley has a larger grain size than others on the market, and this promotes texture while cooking, remaining very mellow on the palate.

Our pearl barley, which does not require soaking after cooking, is a cereal rich in minerals, such as potassium, iron, calcium and especially phosphorus.
