In 1953, in Castelbuono, Mario Fiasconaro, opened an ice cream shop in the square in the center of the town, without knowing that shortly after, thanks to the brothers, and later, in the nineties, also thanks to the children, that bar would become the renowned historic company all over the world, which has made Sicily known for its excellence in the confectionery field. The turning point comes from an intuition of Nicola, a talented master pastry chef, who chooses to interpret the most traditional dessert of Northern Italy, Panettone, in a Mediterranean key: a great success that changes the destiny of the company, which since then has never stopped growing. But who was able to remain herself.

INGREDIENTS

Soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, raisins (12%), fresh eggs from free-range hens (10%), fresh candied orange peel (9.6%) (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar) , yolk from fresh eggs from free-range hens (5%), natural yeast (contains wheat flour), “Marsala PDO wine” (1.5%), Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, orange paste (orange peel , sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon juice), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, “Terre Siciliane Zibibbo liqueur IGP” (0.3%), cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural flavours : vanilla berries. It may contain traces of nuts, soy and lupine.
