Balsamic with a nicely creamy texture for multiple purposes. To dress salads, cooked veggies, meat or seafood recipes, omelettes and tortillas, cheeses. Thanks to its pleasant thickness and balanced flavour, it is a great pairing for strawberries, ice-cream, cheesecake, poached fruit.
