The Product
Un Bitter is the balanced encounter between the bitter strength typical of bitters and the enveloping sweetness of vermouth. The bitterness is balanced by the presence of citrus, woody, musky, amber and oriental notes.

Tasting tips
It can be served chilled, neat or blended: to create a classic Americano we recommend pairing Un Bitter with 721 Red Vermouth and plenty of ice to allow DIBALDO Spirits to freely express their rich flavor profile. Thanks to its concentration, only 4.5 cl of Un Bitter is needed to obtain a perfectly balanced and harmonious Americano.
