BBB is Baldo Baldinini's personal interpretation of the bitter aperitivo scene. The taste evolves from sweet to bitter, touching on the notes of fresh fruit and those given by the essential oils of the peels of the best Italian citrus fruits.Oriental peppers emerge with elegance in the wide range of botanicals selected for preparation. These ingredients create unprecedented aromatic accords, characterized by extraordinary persistence on the palate.

Tasting tips
Served chilled, neat or blended, BBB is perfect for an unusual Spritz: pair it with sparkling wines or fizzy drinks such as tonic, Crodino or Seltz, accompanied by a generous amount of ice so as to best express all of BBB's aromatic nuances. Its high concentration makes for a complete and balanced cocktail with only 4 cl of spirit.
