Pure Chardonnay expresses a beautiful maturity and produces a well-balanced vintage in this Blanc de Blancs, combining tart freshness and minerality. With a chalky mineral finish, it possesses just the right level of salinity to pair well with seafood dishes.

The summer of 2013 was very hot and dry. After a long and hard winter followed by a humid spring, the grapes could finally soak up the sun, and they matured quickly. Light rain in September rounded off the grapes’ maturation process. These climate extremes resulted in a late harvest, which meant that the grapes were picked under ideal conditions.
