It is a blue pasteurized cow milk cheese. soft, fined in Raboso Passito Veneto IGT wine and cranberries. It is creamy, with spreading blue veins inside, due to the presence of molds. The rind, edible, shades into a dark violet color because of the fining into Raboso wine.
