Caseificio Gennari was founded in 1953 by Maria and Sergio Gennari, producing only 3 cheese wheels per day, through the years they developed their own farm of Red Cows
Today it is totally run by the Gennari Family which expanded it to the International Market. In 2008 Oro Nero was born, a smaller wheel version of Parmigiano Reggiano.
