The precious cocoa Blanco de Cepe, Cacao Mar selection, comes from the luxuriant forests of Venezuela. It is a very particular and rare cocoa, characterized by an original biodiversity that makes it probably the last authentically "wild" cocoa variety of the country.
The Ceps area, placed in an extraordinary geographical position next to Chuao, offers this kind of cocoa fino de primera having at least 15% of white beans of criollo, a sweet taste with elegant honey flavors and a pleasant and well balanced acidity.
Ingredients: cocoa paste, sugar. May contain traces of hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, milk and soya. Keep cool and dry. GLUTEN FREE.
