Beppino Occelli Butter

Beppino Occelli butter is traditionally made, using fresh centrifugal cream derived exclusively from Italian milk. Slightly straw-yellow coloured in spring and summer when the cows are nourished in grassy meadows, it becomes whiter in winter when they feed on hay.

This creamy Italian butter with an authentic flavor is ideal for the preparation of many Italian dishes and desserts. The butter is packaged by hand and has the shape of the characteristic mold called "Calco della Mucca".

To be kept refrigerated at 2/4°C and eaten at 18/20°C
