Century-old recipe of the Langhe tradition: salt preserved anchovies, have been part of our Piedmontese culinary tradition since ancient times, when through the Via del Sale, they reached the Langhe region to be traded in local farmers markets. They are excellent on buttered croutons or as a condiment for first courses, sauces, vegetables and meat fillets.
