The Datterino tomato is a concentrate of harmonious sweetness and we have done everything to keep the characteristics it has just picked unaltered. It is a pulpy and greedy summer tomato, sweet and naturally savory.
The Spicchi di Sole are prepared by unraveling and manually selecting the datterini which are put whole in a jar in tomato water to preserve and increase their natural characteristics: freshness, sweetness, harmony, natural flavor.
