From the crystal waters of the Mediterranean Sea, the Octopus is cut into small chunks and pressed after being smoked with Olive Wood. This cooking treatment allows long shelf life without the use of any preservative.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Dress with garlic, oil, lemon or vinegar as great starter.
