Sea bass is much-appreciated on account of its succulent and rich flesh and its savoury flavour: it is rich in proteins, potassium, phosphorus, iron as well as an excellent source of B vitamins and other vitamins such as D , A, C and E. ItÕs easy to digest, has few calories and is rich in Omega 3. As it has few fish bones it is particularly suited both to the lazy and to children.
