Sur del Lago cocoa comes from the selection of the best beans from tropical coasts south of Lake Maracaibo, an incomparable blend with a good presence of ancient Criollo combined with Trinitarian hybrids and a small amount of Amazonian. An aromatic cocoa with an enveloping flavor, characterized by pleasant notes of almonds, hazelnuts, coffee and flowers, able to give a wide range of aromas.
Ingredients: sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa paste, emulsifier soya lecithin, vanilla. May contain traces of hazelnuts, almonds and pistachios. Keep cool and dry. GLUTEN FREE.
