Carnaroli is the most tipical Italian rice. Zaccaria Carnaroli rice is prodcued near Biella, in Baraggia, a particular local area in Piedmont region (Turin), in the' north of Italy. Carnaroli Zaccaria rice is good for cooking "risotto" and for salad rice, simply boiled rice and pilaf rice.
