Grilled Baby Artichokes with Mint in Olive Oil - Ursini

Hand-grilled artichoke hearts in extra virgin olive oil, embellished with spices and other ingredients. The peculiarity of this artichoke is that it has neither thorns nor fuzz in its fruit.
